What is your return policy?

  • The return period is 30 days from the day you receive the product.
  • You can send us your request by sending an e-mail to info@galatrends.com, a link will be sent to you to create a return label.

Apart from this, we kindly ask you to pay attention to the following points;

  • The products must not be used.
  • The products must be packed and shipped in their original packaging.
  • Products are checked after they reach us.
  • After the control, the cargo departure and return fees are deducted from the amount and the remaining amount is returned to you within 10 working days.
  • We can load the refund amounts to the Digital Gift Card for our customers who wish.

If your products have started to be prepared for shipping (your invoice has been issued) or if they have been shipped, they cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can return the product when you receive it.

How can I be notified when out of stock products are on stock again?

You can send us the product you want by sending an e-mail to info@galatrends.com. When the product is in stock, you will be notified through the channel you want.

 

My product arrived but it is defective or broken, what should I do?

Send us your request by sending an e-mail to info@galatrends.com with the image of the product. You will receive a response within 2 business days on average.
